Hi Sue,
When you hold down the Alt key and tap the tab key to cycle among your running
applications, do you find the Adobe Flash Player installer? If so, either run
it or close it. This should eliminate the problem. I think this is a case where
text from another window is leaking into your document window. I doubt that the
text is really a part of your document.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] HELP!!!

Hi All,

I have what I consider to be an emergency. I have been working real hard on a
book. The scan is wonderful, and up until just this afternoon things were
fine. I’m working in Word 2010. Okay, all of a sudden, in my document, I am
seeing “adobe flash player”. I do not even want Adobe flash player, but why
the heck would it be showing up in my document, and what can I do to get rid of
it?

Thanks for any help.

Sue S., who is pretty upset!!!
