Do you now have an outlook express folder on your new computer under your local folders?

I am not sure that it is even the folder I want because it is called a backup folder. I thought I would be able to just open it and read my stored emails. I expected not to be able to read the scanned books I had because they are all in ark format and I suppose I will need a working copy of Open Book to read those, but I don't know what the problem with the emails might be.
