In the Cookies folder. You may have to use Safe Mode to do it.

  Hi Gary,

Well, deleting cookies doesn 't seem to do it so I guess it's on to the next
step. How do I delete index.dat files? They are so hidden that I can't find
them anywhere. I am using windows xp. Where do I find index.dat?
Thanks for your interest. I'm sorry but my computer knowledge is rather
limited.

If all the other suggestions do not work, try the following. Otherwise,
tell me what did work.
    It's your
    index.dat
    file that's gotten screwed up.
You'll have to delete Cookies. If that doesn't work and it might not, the
index.dat has to go, too.
Then, Every place will ask you for a password. You will have the chance to
not have it save passwords for you at that time and I'd make sure I did that.
You'll have to remember them from then on, but, at least this won't happen
in the future.

      Hi Kellie,

No I haven't tried that but it's worth a try although as I say, i've

been doing this with the same password for a couple years and had no

trouble before. Thanks for the reply though, I'll try anything to

try to get it to work.
