I can get it from Amazon for under eight dollars shipped, and it is short
enough that I am willing to scan it. Please tell Samantha, however, it will
probably be about a month. I have a pile of books that Jamie scanned for me
that I desperately want to proofread, so it will be at the top of my pile after
those are done.
