I don't know that you can use Safari with Windows. The reason the accessibility works in all provability (and I could be wrong) is because Apple has built in the screen reading capabilities of the computer with their VoiceOver. Is this usable with the narrator in the accessibility section of Windows, or do the newer computers even still have that?
