Hi Judy,

We're kind of excited about it. Would you post it in places or to others you
think might be interested? Thanks.

Susan

start project

Hey Larry,

I wasn't interested until I actually looked at this guy's Kickstarter
project for the Bookstand and went, whoa, where do I get one of those?!
Thanks for posting it. What this guy is offering is something I've been
looking for and nobody else has, at a low price and using a phone or
minitablet's camera to capture images of books to OCR.

Hello. I know many of us are looking for mlore scanning options so am
posting this here. I mentioned in an earlier post the Fopydo stand and the
book-reading attachment the developer is working on. I said I would post
the kickstart info when it became available so here it is.

I designed and manufactured Fopydo Scanning Stand for the Blind and Visually
Impaired. I am contacting you because you showed interest in the Fopydo
Scanning

Stand and I have just launched a kickstarter campaign for the Book Reading
Aid that is compatible with the stand. I am asking for your support to gauge

if there is interest in manufacturing of this product. Your support will
also be a great help with preparations for a production run since my own
resources

are limited. If you know others who may be interested in this project -
please let them know.

If you are new to the Kickstarter concept, the Rewards section of the web
page lists various pledges that you can make to support the goal of
manufacturing

this product and making it widely available.
