There is a file converter which allows this format to be read by MS Word 2003. I no longer have the link for it, but one could probably do a google search and find it. However, it is important for staff to remember that not all volunteers have the newest software much less the newest computers. I use a desktop purchased in 2003 and use Office 2003, but I did get the file converter that enables me to read dox format. Also just added 1 gb of memory and got a new battery for my mother board--all this is less expensive than a new computer!
