Oops, forgot to update the subject. <Smile> That's what I get for pointing out that people often forget to update the subject line when they change the subject when responding to messages. Just create a filter to delete all messsages with the [bksvol-discuss] and OT in the subject line as they are received. This can be done using Outlook's Rules Wizard. I think you'll need to put a space before and after OT though to prevent Outlook from deleting messages that contain OT in the middle of a word since I don't recall it being able to specify "whole words only". You can do the same with [bookshare-discuss] messages if you also subscribe to that list. You can find the Rules Wizard under the Tools Menu. Of course, this will only work if people put the OT in the subject line, and people on the list need to remember to update the subject line if they change the subject when responding to messages. I have never used Outlook Express, so I don't know whether it has this feature or not. I'm not a fan of censorship, but this list does have a tendency to get *way* out of hand when it comes to jumping all over the map. Let's just be diligent to put OT in the subject, and put it before anything else, so when people hear or see that, they can zap the message into the trash asap.
