I'm using Word 2003.
Changing the paragraph "before" and "after" to 0 pt worked, though it
seems to only affect 1 page, and not the whole doc.
Hopefully, fixing the white space where indicated will get this bugger
through and into the collection.
Changing the paper size didn't really seem to have any effect, but it was
worth a try.
