Fair Quality Scans: No Longer AcceptedThis is probably the first time the
phrase "no fair" is something to love!
If I understand the system correctly, Maybe the safeguard here is that, even if
a book slipped past the validators, it would be rated fair by the time it got
to the administrator, and that person could still reject it. However, it might
be nice to institute some kind of warning system. if you submit a book, as a
scanner, and say it's good when it isn't, and you're caught out, you get a
warning by e-mail; after however many of these are deemed appropriate, you may
no longer submit. Is this, uh, fair?
