the big bonanza is not in UK books but for English speakers outside
the United States and who are not expatriates. they are salivating
over all the books we have scanned but cannot be available under
current law. After Trump signs the legislation, the State Department
still needs to transfer it to the World intellectual Property
Organization for its review and acceptance, a process that takes
several months.

Not off topic, because for Bookshare participants the implications are
huge. Once the United States has fully implemented, we will be able
to access many foreign-published titles--particularly from the
UK--that are searchable but not available for us in the USA to
download as yet.
