Hi, Grace. I ended up doing what you suggested and removing all the blank pages
in Kurzweil, then saving it as a text file, then opening it in Word and
resaving in RTF, and all the blank pages stayed gone with page breaks still in
their proper places, so thanks for the suggestion. The book is now uploaded.
