Uh, oh. I just noticed on Amazon that there was a 2004
paperback. According to that table of contents, pages
400-410 is Part 7, of the first part of part 7.
Hopefully the 205 edition will be pages the same way,
if you have the 2004. I'll check with you before I
start scanning.
