Yes,  the info seems a convoluted British early 60s way to proclaim 
copyright ownership.  Definitely do not reject it.  Rather, keep on to it 
until Tuesday, which is when Claire will be back to the office and can 
give a final finding on the matter.

So Guido, are you saying this book is good, and I shouldn't reject it? 
Carrie Karnos said the opposite.  Now I'm confused.  I'll hold on to it a
bit longer.  Unless someone else, with KES, is willing to take it on.
I'm opposed to the "release and leave it to someone else" method, but, if
someone else really wants it, I'll put it back on Step 1.
