Denise, I got a notice about one of my books too. I think it's happening to
people throughout Bookshare. I went to check, and my book is still on my
list of checked out books. Yours is probably there too. :-)

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Email expiring my book - is it a test?

Hi all,

I have just received an email that tells me my checkedout book has expired.
I renewed it yesterday.

Now, the email address it came from had (TEST) in the name, so I'm wondering
if it's a test email. But, it indicates that once a book has been out for
14 days, that's it.

Are we allowed to renew when the 14 days is up? Is the policy changing? I'm
not too concerned since the book is still in my checked out books list, but
I don't want to lose it and have someone else grab it when I'm not
looking:-)

I did reply to the email, but I don't know if Bookshare will receive a reply
to that type of email.
