Well, I'll be reading Singularity Sky first because Iron Sunrise is its sequel. I've eliminated headers and junk characters from both books. I always do the spell check after reading because I am familiar with the book and can decide much more quickly what to ignore and what needs fixing that I missed during reading.
I'm looking forward to Saturn's Children. I initially wrote here that if you needed a proofreader, to send me word. But on reflection, I have too much on my plate already; so regretably, someone else will have to take it. But I will download it when it appears on John's New Books list. Your scans are great, so I'm sure quality will be excellent even before a proofreader gets it.

Sounds like you've done more on Iron Sunrise than I have (I knew doing recent books was risky when I started it). I have to chop books to scan them, but my copy of Singularity Sky is hardcover and I'm not up to chopping hardcovers, so I haven't done that one. The other Stross I have is Saturn's Children, which I have been working on. With all the comments about sex and sexual language in books on the list these days, this one would definitely not be to everyone's taste. But, it is robot sex, so it should only be listed as adult content for robots (maybe, smile, possibly). It is also, hilarious, and the most firmly tongue in cheek book I have read in some time.Misha EVAN REESE wrote:Hi Mike, which Charles Stross novels? I have scanned Singularity Sky and Iron Sunrise, and have cleaned them up. They remain only to be read by me. If these are the ones you are referring to, then it will only be a few weeks before I get those two submitted. If these are not the ones you are talking about, then by all means, please scan and submit them. I really like his work.Evan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike" <mlsestak@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, September 10, 2009 1:35 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Elligible BooksOOOH, I'd like to proof that.By the way, I have more collections of science fiction short stories that I have scanned, but not yet cleaned up (just not enough time in the day) for submitting, yet, but I'll try to get to them soon. Also, a couple Charles Stross novels Misha Gary Petraccaro wrote:Then sf readers can expect a mamoth Leigh Brackett short story collection to show up shortly. It's been rank spelled and spell checked. All I need to do is a read through.----- Original Message ----- *From:* EVAN REESE <mailto:mentat3@xxxxxxxxxxx> *To:* bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Sent:* Tuesday, September 08, 2009 2:10 PM *Subject:* [bksvol-discuss] Re: Elligible Books Sure.
