Hi Jackie, I downloaded Edsharp and looked at the help file. And, I must say, it looks like they have overcome much of my initial skepticism. I'm not ready to give up Kurzweil just yet, but this does look good.
I would especially recommend this program to soronel haetir or anyone else who is interested in working with math.

Sue, that is but 1 of its functions, & a tiny 1 at that. EdSharp is a text editor which can, among many other things, edit .rtf files. It truly is a multipurpose editor.
