Hi All,
The issue of double downloads has fortunately not come up too often -- but we
did have a similar case a few weeks ago. I've reported both cases to
engineering, and hopefully they will be able to figure out where the glitch in
the system is. In the meantime if any of you do run into a case where you have
downloaded a file which does not show up on your list of books that you are
validating, or if the system doesn't display the title when you try and upload
it please do send me an email notification of that so we can have the relevant
people look into it immediately.

Hi Georgina,
I have that book out for validation right now. I downloaded it just after
the submitter announced to the list that she had submitted it. I'm working
on inserting chapter headings with the submitter. I don't know why we both
have the book. How did you manage to get chapter headings in your validated
book? There weren't any there. I hope you didn't do a ton of work on the
book, but I'd really like to finish this one so that a complete and pristine
copy can enter the collection.
There must have been a glitch in the tools somewhere to let us both
download the book for validation.
Sorry you are getting trouble with this one.

I was validating Prison Blues by Anna Salter. I went to upload it last
night, and it isn't in my list of books I'm validating. I even checked out
the download list just in case it ended up back there for some crazy reason.
