Thanks. I downloaded Sandra Brown's Love's Encore, and yes, this time I got
the RTF file. This remains a mystery. When you first submitted it, Step 1
said it was RTF. I failed to see why the system would say that when, in
reality, it was a KES file. But then I am no tech expert. <lol>
I will validate it and get it up there ASAP.
