I just sent you the necessary pages!
A few of us worked on the book, but missed Carrie's comments when the site
went live in January. Cindy was kind enough to get the book from her
library and rescan the needed pages. I had been working on it, but left it
on the download page, was going to work on it again with Cindy's help, then
saw that it'd been taken by someone else.
The pages are on their way to you as I write this!

I am the one proofreading this book currently.
It appears to be missing pages -- 16-19, perhaps. I looked through this
list's archive, and it appears that Shelley realized pages were missing as
well.
Just for cclarification, I haven't been on this list since early 2003, but I
have kept up with bookshare changes. I just subscribed again yesterday,
hence I missed the discussion about the book.
Should I just return it unfinished?
