Hi,
The easiest way to take care of this is to follow this procedure.

* go to //www.freelists.org.

* There will be a box you can use to type in the name of any email list you
want to look for. Type the name of this list in and press Enter. the name
of this list is in brackets at the beginning of the subject of any message
from this list. It is bksvol-discuss. Do not use the brackets.

* Activate the link that contains the name of this list.

* At this point, you may want to bookmark the page that comes back so that
you can get back to it more easily.

* The page will contain an edit control where you type in your email
address and a combo box of things you can do. Put your email address in the
edit control and choose what you want to do from the combo box and tab to
the Submit button. Press Enter.

* Another page will come back that confirms the action you performed. You
may also get an email confirming what you did.

If you have any trouble with these instructions, just write me privately
and I will be glad to help.

Thanks.

Jim
