Hi, Peter. I've repeatedly had the same problem, and the error I get doesn't
tell me what the problem is. It just says that some fields aren't filled in
correctly, and the only thing that's no longer filled in that I had put
there was the file name, so I have to redo that, and I never type in the
file name. I always browse to it and fill it in that way. When I've had
problems, I have typed in the file name to see if it would make any
difference, and it never did. Take care.

Patty,
If you look further down the error page, you will find the word Error
again. IT should tell you exactly what the problem is. Often, it is that
the ISBN number is not in the right format. Another potential problem is a
hidden or missed character in the file name such that browsing to the file
rather than typing it in might help. Let me know.
