A lack of page breaks is a rejectable offense, but I think that, though
greatly preferred, it is not really necessary to have the page numbers.

Can anyone get hold of
DEATH in THE HAYMARKET
A Story of Chicago, the First Labor Movement and the Bombing
That Divided Gilded Age America
by James Green?
The scan is excellent, but there are absolutely no page numbers.  I think
that's become a rejectable offense.
If someone can get it, and tell me the page numbers where each chapter
begins, I can put in the page numbers.
Thanks.
Tracy
