It seems to me you already do enough work for us, Cindy, without also having 
to remember to put the date.  That seems so trivial!

I suppose I could put the date requested after the titles. Many, many, have 
been on the list a long time, and no, the Sue Barton and Cherry Ames books 
have not been scanned as yet--and they were added somewhat more recently 
than a lot of the others.

I do remove a book from the list when it is added to the collection, and 
when someone says they will scan it, cross it off and put the scanner's 
name, in case someone else is willing to validate, and then I put that name, 
too.
