Cindy,

First of all, thank you so much for your assistance.  Actually, if it isn't
to much trouble, I will just wait until you receive the large print edition.
It looks like I am actually just missing pages 231 and 232.  I'm not sure
why I thought there were three pages missing... *shrug*  I apologize for the
confusion.  If for some reason obtaining the large print edition doesn't
work out for you, or if it would just be easier for you if I sent the
corresponding text as mentioned previously, please let me know.
