The Daisy download is a sort of strange file. It is a collection of
actually 5 or 6 files which include a .xml file which is hardly
proprietary.
Given that there are already non-proprietary files in the Daisy download,
there is no reason I can see why a raw file could not be included.
This is even more the case given that one needs a password to unlock the
bundle.
