Hi Ann,

If the submitter did not include his/her e-mail address in the comments field when submitting the book, you can ask on this list, if the submitter is present, and can contact you. If that doesn't work, you could write to Claire and ask her to contact the submitter for you. Of course, if you were lucky enough to have the submitter's e-mail address in the comments field when he/she submitted the book, you can use that and ask.

There's a chapter 1 but nothing after that, and I'm sure that there must be more. The book looks like it ought to have chapter headings in certain places.
