Hi Jill,
There is a fix for your problem, so do not despair! Do the following:
Go to Step 1and select the title for download. Let it start the process
until it says "Save". Then get out by closing your browser without telling
it where to save the book. This will make the book disappear from Step 1
and you won't have to cope with an extra copy. Plus, no one can filch it!!
