[bksvol-discuss] Corrections list

A corrections list sounds like a good idea, but
different OCR's seem to have different problems. I
rarely, if ever, have "die" for "the -- instead, I get
"lie" for "the," depending on the book that was
scanned. Also, in the books I've validated I see a
lot of "m" for "in," but I think that's been
mentioned.
