Tracy, After what you said, I checked the govt. copyright site, too. What's there isn't your same edition, and I didn't find Claimant listed, but I did find the copyright info you mentioned. I'd suggest following Gerald's advice and either writing to Gustavo or approving and uploading it with a question and a copy of the govt. copyright info in the Comments section. I think the latter might get quicker results.
