Sue paste the copyright notice, as it appears in the book into the comments
section of the acceptance form.
And note that it is logged by the Library of Congress in that way as well.

Hi All,
I downloaded The World of Henry Orient by Nora Johnson for validation. It
really looks good, but I am afraid it has the type of copyright owner that
upsets Gustavo. It plainly says that it is copyright by Green Mountain
Press in New York, and is also published by them. It is a book for teens
and is register with the Library of Congress. My question: What can I do
to keep Gustavo from kicking it back to Step 1 when I finish it?
