Hi, Valerie, it makes sense to me to make sure each step on the
instructions has its own paragraph. As for asterisks, I don't know about
that, but the separate paragraphs would be dandy. Give my best to

Neither numbers or tags, just a dot between steps.  I have decided to be
grateful for her time consuming work of placing each on its own line and
put a single asterisk between paragraphs.

Hopefully it will read well this way!
