HI Scott!

This is great! Thanks for telling us about this change! We didn't know
about it before, or at least I didn't. Yaye! One less place to search when
deciding whether or not to scan a book! I'm so glad you told us this!

Mayrie

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Confusion about the Master List

Volunteers,

Apologies for any confusion. A new procedure we introduced to simplify life
for scanners seems to have complicated it instead.

We have been adding books on the Being Scanned list to our Master List, so
that volunteers don't have to look at both lists. They can just look at the
Master List for ALL of the books being scanned by volunteers or in-house at
Bookshare.

The confusion comes when volunteers see the books they are working on list
in the new combined Master List and assume they are being scanned in-house.
We will develop a way to indicate which books are being scanned by
volunteers and which are scanned in-house at Bookshare. I will notify the
list once this is implemented.
