Maybe I should have, but I have not been checking the outsourcer list after I submit the information that I am beginning to scan a book. Before we had access to the outsourcer list there were at least two times that I ordered a book and when it came in I checked the collection only to find out that what I was about to scan had just been added to the collection through an outsourcer. In any case, just to be sure I have this right, do I understand correctly that now it is only necessary to check two lists before scanning a book, the master list and the collection?

I like having one less list to check (right now we have to check the being
scanned, outsource being scanned, currently waiting to be proofread,
currently being proofread, currently awaiting approval, currently awaiting
rejection and the currently in the collection places) but I think the
problem came with not being told that the being scanned list was added to
the outsource being scanned list. Then when I checked all of my usual places last night before I went to scan several books, what I wanted to scan was on
the outsource being scanned list so I assumed outsourcers were doing them,
and then I didn't do them.

If those two lists (which are the EASIEST places to check anyway--the harder places to check are the waiting to be proofread, currently being proofread,
currently waiting for approval and currently waiting for rejection) are
going to be combined they have to be set up like Cindy's list with the name
of the person who is going to scan them. Otherwise we see our own books on
the outsource being scanned list and think the outsourcers are doing them.
