Hi Mayrie,

How about if an admin person who has Kurzweil woould do it? That way,
couldn't they fix it so the submitter wouldn't lose his/her credits? I was
not intending to suggest that the submitters should lose credits!!

Sue S.

Hi Sue,

I wish your suggestion could be so easily implemented. We, a lot of us,
have wished for just this solution for a long time. I'm sure you remember.
The problem with your suggestion is that the person downloading would have
to resubmit as an rtf file and the original submitter would not get the
credit for the submission. I don't think the original submitters would be
very happy with losing the credits.

Mayrie

Would it be possible for someone who has Kurzweil and who would like to have

these cookbooks to download them, convert them to RTF, and then upload them?

It does seem like a shame that they are in a format that sighted people do
not have and therefore can't give the sighted assistance needed.

You are so right Monica--and I've had two cups of coffee.

There is, as far as I know, no reason why books should be submitted in .kes
or .ark formats.

Ok, enough said--I guess I do need more coffee before I go on a rant.
