Dear Everyone,

I'm sorry for responding to a post that was already answered. Gotta curb my
tendency to hop around among the messages.

Always with love,

  Dear Julia,

A Christmas Guest and A Christmas Secret are both in the Bookshare collection
as separate novels. It's OK to add the book you scanned which contains both
short novels together, but knowing they're already available may take some of
the pressure off. Jamie Yates scanned them and she does great work so the
copies we have should be pleasant reads.

There are other examples in Bookshare of books that are available separately
and as part of collections. They give readers the choice of downloading
individual novels or bigger files with two or more novels at once. I know this
is the case with some fantasy series like The Dark is Rising series or the
Prydain Chronicles or both. Each of those contain 5 volumes!

Back to Anne Perry. Shelley Rhodes, Cindy Rosenthal and I worked on A
Christmas Visitor, yet another of Perry's Christmas novellas and I'm
embarrassed to say I noticed that there's an R missing from the author's name
in the copyright information. Did I do that? Goes to show how our boo booz can
come back to haunt us, as in A Ghost of Christmas Past.

  Always with love,

  Lissi

Hi Lori. I must confess I feel quite guilty reading how all of you are
slaving away to get books in the collection, and here I am shirking my
responsibilities. I started reading it and discovered that only the second half
of the book is messed up and so I've decided to fix it myself. I really want it
in by Christmas. thanks for the offer though.

Julia, If you wish, I will validate this book, but I cannot promise that
it will be in the collection by Christmas. If you want it in the collection by
Christmas I cannot do it. I have two books ahead and other projects right now,
and Christmas itself.

      Let me know.

      Cat Lover Lori

Ok, here's what's up. I just got done scanning a four hundred page
novel, it's actually two novels in one, A Christmas Guest and A Christmas
Secret by Anne Perry. But, unfortunately there's rather a big catch. I just now
discovered that all of the letter y's are actually ts. Is anyone willing to
take this Herculean task on? I'd do it only I have three pages of dialogue to
Modernize for school, and am leaving for Portland in a week. I even optimized
this baby and it still messed up.
        Julia
