Tim,
It is most often an issue where several people are hitting the server at the
same time. From this end we see no problems on the server itself.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Checking in a book
Hi All,
I am unable to check in a book. Just above the address bar, it says
"connecting". Nothing happens, the icon just spins continuously. I know someone
else is having the same problem. What's going on? I've never had a problem
before.
