E,

I've already spoken to Janice and Gustavo more than once about the issue.
I'll bring it back up when I have a chance to meet Jennifer since it sounds
like this would fall under her job description.

This message ought to be sent to someone in engineering. We ned a link on
the page to check if a book has been downloaded by a validator.

The easy way to check is to check a few minutes aafter submitting a book
but I guess you have to be pretty fast. Would help if we have an
informational link about a book in preventing the dreaded multiple books on
the step one page issue.
