Using the various sort orders with the number of results set at 100 should place most titles on the first page at one time or another. Remember that when you choose a different sort that clicking the link for that sort again will give it to you in reverse order. After you try each one both forwards and backwards there might be a few that will not appear on the first page in any of those sort orders, but most of them should in at least one of them.
