Is the three asterisks a new thing? I was not aware of that and did not
do it in my Kay Tracey paperbacks. I hate getting things wrong! I can
fix it while I still have the book, if so; I think I remember which one it
was...

I also had one where the chapter started on a middle of the page, but it
was that way in the book. What I did was separate it by using the 3 asterisks.
