Hi, Ms. Judy, when I open a file  I'm proofreading, it opens as a Word
document (in my case Microsoft Word 2003). I've changed the color of the
font to black. Regards, Kim.

Hi Kim,

Choose black for the font color.  That's the best by far. But you'll have to
tell us what program you're working in to get instructions for how to change
the font color. Smile.
