When removing headers with find and replace be sure not to start at the
beginning of the book, but at the first page with the header.

In fact if an editing volunteer finds that the book they are working on has no obvious way to determine what the title is from the book itself, they should reject the book without any further ado.

Hi. Don't forget that when we strip these nice headers and author's names, we strip the title at the beginning of the book plus the author's name on the title page. On the book I'm working on, I need to go back to the step-two page to find out who the author is.
