HI Bud:

K1K support suggested I exclude Kes file from my antivirus program. Sometimes the antivirus can cause this issue.

Did you try to recover your file? I tried recovering mine with no luck.

I think what cause my issue was that I turned off my computer without properly saving my file. Do you think that might have happened to you?

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] page numbers and blank lines

Hi to all who answered my question about blank lines and page numbers. So I shall have a blank line between text and page number, and then another blank line on the other side of the page number. I have another problem which nobody has been able to solve. Every once in a while I try to open up a book after having scanned some and then coming back to it it says can't open file I've seen others on this list who apparently have the same problem occasionally but have never seen any solution. The current one I am scanning just did that after I'd scanned almost 200 pages so now I have to start over again. Oh well, it's lots of fun anyway..
