[bksvol-discuss] Can anyone locate this book?

Hi,
I scanned am reading the book, Animals and the Afterlife, by Kim
Sheridan. It's a wonderful scan with the exception of two completely
garbled pages that I've run across so far. I had gotten it as an
interlibrary loan, and the book was falling apart, so it's a wonder
that the scan came out so well. I'd like to include the missing pages
before submitting it if someone could get it from their library.
