Usually conspiracies don't work unless they're done in secret.
Unfortunately, all of the mischief was discussed in public. It's a nice
theory to suggest that if it's out in the open, people won't notice, I'm
used to my staff plotting against me all the time. I'm looking forward to
the surprise. It'll be much better than the jail cell.
