I know we've been floating this idea around and think it's worth
pursuing...Fred is this something I can develop or does it need to be generated
from a higher level and/or marketing?

Thanks, Alisa! What a wonderful message - do you think we could set up a more
formal program? Not only "credits for veterans" but perhaps even donations -

Dear Bookshare Volunteers,
With your generous offer I was able to renew my Bookshare membership today
using the credits you provided. At my age it is embarrassing to have to admit
that in some ways I cannot afford to pay my own way. I want to Thank you all
for your kindness, understanding, and help, I am truly blessed, God bless you
all,
Dion Junier
