Hi, Liz. It's your choice. Did you leave the pages in the book, though, as blank pages, to keep the pagination in line? That's really the only requirement. If you have the means to describe the pictures, or at least get the captions read to type them in, that would be great, but if they're not essential to understanding the book, that's your choice.
