[bksvol-discuss] Books being approved

Books do seem to be getting approved within a day or
two of being approved by the validator. Kudos to
Gustavo, if he's the one doing it -- and to the
validators, who are obviously doing a good job of
validating, and the scanners who are being more
careful bfore submitting so the books are easy to
validate.
