Thanks for that idea; Ill check; what I don't know how to find is the books
I scanned,and I don't remember what name I used when I scanned them. It was
probably before I started using Grandma Cindy; well it really isn't
important. I forget, Did I mention that I found Y.A. series I was
remembering; it's The Flambards by J.K Peyton; a wonderful historic fiction
re teens sent to their uncle's farm in pre WWI Britain; it's for grade
7-9-12; my granddaughter's only in 6th grade but she reads above grade
level; I don't see anything in the content that i indicates it wwouldn't
be suitable for slightly younger kids than grade 7; I checked the library
and found it was made into a TV series; there's a DVD available; I did
find, however 2 other series by Astrid Lindgren author of Pippi longstocking
that I think kids would enjoy; if they aren't already in the collection if
anyone wants to scan them I'd be happy to proof unless someone else wants
to. One of series is Children of the Noisy Village and there is one book in
that series, a Christmas-themed one that is in the collection; the other
book is Lotta on Trouble maker Street; the series is The Children on
troublemaker Street; I rad some viewer reviews and one parent said her
9-year-old son found it dull; maybe it's too tame for kids today who,.
perhaps lilke my 8-year-old grandson are into stories about dragons like
the *wings of Fire*; I guess I'll rethink getting these for my grandkids;
the younger ones like the *Haunted Library*, *Yeti Files* and *Buddy Files*
series, as well as The Hardy Boys Secret Files; ( he's notyet reading well
enough enough for, reading level wise for the regular hardyboys series;
his older sister has read all the nancy Drew mysteries (as wel las several
books, like Number the Stars and other books re WWII andkts efect on
children

Those were books you proofed as Grandma Cindy. If you signed your name as
Cindy Rosenthal or something else, you would have more books under that
moniker such as grandcindy, etc. I am sure you have done more than listed
under Grandma Cindy. Just a thought.
