Jake,

I've looked at the HTML files of several books I submitted, and the page
numbering is still irregular and unreliable.  It seemed to work best on
books where the page number was at the foot of the page and the print book
had had no header.  In other cases page numbers were paired, duplicated, or
even reversed.
